Cancellation Policy

Effective as of: June, 20th, 2009

Impulsora y Promotora Karei S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter ,“We”) with legal domicile at Carretera Tulum Ruinas Km. 5, 77780, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico makes available to you a reservation service through www.ecotulum.com. This Cancellation Policy regulates the reservation process. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE RESERVATION SERVICES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT IT IN ITS ENTIRETY, DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATION.

We will process 100% of the payment for your stay at the time of booking. You understand and acknowledge that YOUR RESERVATION IS UNCONDITIONALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN CASE OF CHANGE OR CANCELLATION but only a credit will be issued for the amount paid valid for one (1) year from the date of your cancellation (subject to the restrictions set forth below). We encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance.

In order to obtain a credit valid for one (1) year from the date of your cancellation, you must make your cancellations or changes at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Changes or cancellations within 48 hours in advance are subject to one night charge (credit will be issued for the remaining non-refundable balance).

Date changes are not accepted on the date of arrival – day of arrival cancellations are completely non-refundable and not valid for credit. If you are arriving late, we will hold the accommodation until 12pm of the following day.

A CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ONCE THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. PLEASE PRINT IT AND PRESENT IT AT CHECK IN AS PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR ACCOMODATION.
